“Win a Free Website” Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter is Zoelana Pty Ltd trading as Buzz Web Media (ABN 67 140 770 323) of 217/14 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences 9:00 am AEDT on 23 October 2025 and closes 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian businesses that purchase and commit to a Buzz Web Media website package during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must be 18 years or older and authorised to enter on behalf of the business.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) valid entry in the draw, a participant must:

Purchase a Custom Home Page Preview for $99 AUD (incl GST) – normally $198.

Commit to a full website package by signing a service agreement and/or paying the initial invoice by 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2025.

No additional entry fee is required. Entry is conditional on the purchase being made at the Promoter’s normal retail price.

5. Prize

One (1) prize winner will receive a credit or refund equal to the amount paid or committed to for their website package, up to a maximum retail value of $4,345 AUD (incl GST).

The website package is ordinarily priced at $4,345 (incl GST) when paid in six monthly instalments, or $3,476 (incl GST) when paid in one lump sum (20% discount).

If fewer than ten (10) qualifying website clients have entered by the closing date, the prize value will be 50% of the amount paid or committed to, up to a maximum of $2,172.50 AUD (incl GST).

The prize value will not exceed the total value of the website package paid or committed to by the entrant.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

The random draw will take place at 10:00 am AEDT on 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s business address using a verifiable random selection method.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days and announced on the Promoter’s website — buzzwebmedia.com.au — by 3 December 2025.

7. Prize Delivery

The prize will be applied as a refund or credit to the winner’s website package within 14 business days of the draw.

If the winner has not yet paid for the full website package, the value will be applied as a credit against the remaining amount due.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 months of the draw, a redraw will occur on 3 March 2026 at the same location and method. The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at buzzwebmedia.com.au/privacy.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion subject to applicable legislation.

11. Trade Promotion Authority

This promotion is conducted under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) as a Trade Promotion Lottery.
As the total prize value is under $10,000, no trade promotion authority is required.
